Membership has its perks! Join us for an Unlimited Monthly membership. Auto-billing or sign up for a flat rate saving over 50 % with our annual unlimited class membership. All monthly memberships have a month-to-month commitment with 7-Day Cancelation. Showers, lockers, lounge, towels & mats provided. We change our schedule quarterly and classes are subject to change. Surf Class

Get on board for this SURF EXPERIENCE class. Start with an athletic warm-up, swim with resistance, learn how to pop up and then turn on the waves (visually that is) and carve your path! Dryland surfing in Chicago is fun, challenging and awesome! You'll work on balance, core strength and cardio endurance. It's a great way to get ready to surf or just feel like you did!

barre SWEAT + TONE

Barre Sweat + Tone promises just that! Short bursts of cardio ballet movements alternating with sculpting Pilates moves. You'll love how your body feels during and after this alignment, core and posture workout. High intensity with low impact that aligns and tightens your total body.

Instructors may add bands, light weights, balance boards, and wheels to make this class effective and safe.

Join us for an intimate small group Pilates class with reformer, mat, chair and more. Find alignment and a toned body. Pilates Reformer & Chair circuit offers a partner station approach with the Reformer, barrel, chair, wall reformer and lightweight resistance to tone, sculpt and align your total body. This class moves quickly with focus on breath, body positioning, and effective movements. Classes are limited to 8 participants. 

CLASS SCHEDULE

yoga sculpt

Yoga Power Sculpt blends resistance and flows in a 45-minute session that strengthens your body from the inside-out. Class includes traditional yoga postures and light resistance weights and a savasana to relax your body after the power sweat.

 Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. And of course, there's always a challenging core workout mixed in!

silent yoga

Reflect and tune in to your mind, body, and soul with a  neon-lit silent yoga practice. 

Participants enter their own mental space through the use of the neon-lit wireless headphones to the sounds of the live DJ, while the instructor guides them through their practice. As one participant said, "The noise canceling headsets provide a way to tune into your body."

Yoga has many health benefits including increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone. It can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia. The mind-body connection is the core essence of this practice.

stretch yoga

After the long work week and high-intensity classes, your body craves this opening poses for the body. This is a restorative yoga class that focuses on flexibility. If you can't touch your toes, we promise you will be closer to touching them at the end of this class. The class incorporates foam rolling to help lengthen the connective tension and roll out muscle adhesions. No shoes required and we provide the mats.
